This book was just ok. This is the usual story....good girl in love with a no good type of dude. He cheats, beats her, degrade her. And she refuses to leave. A weak woman. Then she meets HIM, only she won't leave the sorry dude alone. Just wasn't creative enough for me. And we already know, a baby will be involved shortly....she'll be pregnant by the new guy. Well....... What can I say??? I don't know what to say?? But when is part 2 coming out??!!! I need it ASAP these is one crazy A** book!! It had me real emotional and ready to jump through the book!!! Ty really blowing me to the max!!! And Jerecho got me ready to throw these hands!!! Him and Jorydan!!!
It was a good read . It was just a fast read. Wish it was Longer . Everything was happening so fast I didn't realize I was the end of the book until they went to Bora Bora & my percent said I was 92 percent in the book . Can't wait for part 2
Good from the beginning to the end. Jerecho was doing all kind of dirt behind Ty back. I hope he doesn't end up hurting her and that she ends of with Saire. Naria and Sage make a good couple. I hope that Kia doesn't mess that up for them. Can't wait for part two.
I enjoyed the read. The grammatical errors were horrible. Being that LJ is an established writer I really feel like she should have a better editor to proof read these books. that was the worst part. However, the storyline was great. She even brought back some of our favorite characters LaLa and Stacks. I would have loved to read a little blurb about them just to catch up but overall this was a good read. I agree Tyreema got on my damn nerves too! She was weak and stupid! Saire and Sage was the bomb!!! Great Job LJ, next time make it a longer back and have someone edit your work. You are too good of a writer to have as many grammatical errors in your books.... Step you game up!
The story was okay I just can't stand with authors write about thick girls with low self esteem. It was the same story line thick girl with abusive, cheating no good baby father who puts her down to keep her and she just makes excuses for him over and over. The crazy thing is that he seemed to love her but his own insecurities made him treat her like trash. Then she falls for a sorta boss but her head is too messed up to be with him. I liked Saire's character as well as Sage and Naria she they just had some minor issues to work through. Jordynn is just young and pathetic and so is Lia but I'd expect that behavior for someone so young. Jerecho needs some help like seriously. I have already started book 2 hopefully these characters have some sort of growth because their behavior is just ridiculous.
I think that it is a good read, even though it is too slow for me. One thing I dislike is a weak woman, and Tyreema is a typical one. I love Sage and Naira, they are cracking me up. I hope they stay together. Jerecho it's only a matter of time before all your dirty little secrets come out. You are causing too much pain to others and not slipping up. This is the part where I think that Tyreema is too dumb and soft, and not see the signs and chose to ignore them. She needs to grow-up and learn to love herself as Ms. Chella told her. Life is too short to invest 7 years and you sit back and do nothing to better yourself.
Overall this was a great story line it keeps you going from page to page. The only time I was a little lost was when the brothers came in, I thought I was reading another book. As you can see I have questions, lots of questions and ready to continue.
Can't wait to see what happens to Tyreema, will Jerecho really shoot her with his crazy self or will Saire sense something going too happen and come save her? Xandy, how will her relationship play out with Saire. Will Naria and Sage stay together after she finds out that Lai says she's pregnant by Sage? Jordynn and Neki how long do Jerecho think it will be before all of the secrets come out. It's so much just can't wait to continue!!!
